    Yes, we provide a 24-hour guarantee following our service to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Please note that we cannot be responsible for issues caused by weather conditions that are beyond our control.
  • Do you offer window cleaning?

    We do provide window cleaning services and suggest scheduling this service shortly after your complete patio clean-up for best results. Please understand that Backyard Butler cannot assume responsibility for pre-existing damages including broken glass, screen tabs, torn screens, aged screens, tabs, seals, frames, or window functionality. We document these issues during your free quote assessment and at the beginning of your scheduled service.
  • How can I reschedule a cleaning?

    To reschedule, please call us at (817) 888-8439. We'll do our best to accommodate your preferred schedule, though we cannot guarantee availability before specific dates. During inclement weather, Backyard Butler may need to cancel services for safety reasons. While we strive to promptly reschedule, we cannot guarantee your preferred date will be available. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize safety and satisfaction.
  • What if bad weather is forecasted on my cleaning day?

    We continuously monitor Texas weather patterns and will communicate with you promptly about potential weather issues. We'll provide options to cancel, reschedule, or proceed with your service based on the forecast. If you choose to proceed despite weather warnings, our teams will work efficiently to complete the service safely. However, Backyard Butler reserves the right to cancel for safety concerns. While we'll work to reschedule quickly, your preferred date cannot be guaranteed. We value your flexibility as we prioritize safety for all involved.
  • Is there an inspection after each cleaning visit?

    Our quality control inspectors conduct regular checks of our team's performance to ensure we consistently maintain our high service standards.
  • Should I schedule lawn service before or after Backyard Butler?

    We recommend having your lawn service completed before our visit to ensure your patio area remains clean after we complete our service.
  • How do I facilitate access to my gated or secured property?

    Please provide any necessary access codes or temporarily disable security alarms on your scheduled service days to ensure both property security and efficient service delivery.
  • Do you have a cancellation policy?

    We maintain a cancellation policy that includes a $125 charge for cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled service appointment.
